Dietetics career

I wanted to ask that if a pursue masters of Science in Dietetics and nutrition from a University which is accredited by BDA and hcpc like is it mandatory to have these accreditation for university to apply a job? Or can we do this similar course from any university which is not aggregated by the similar bodies that is BDA and hcpc.

Yeah thanks for this link. I have noticed that some of the courses which are listed as pre registration.. What does it mean? Can you please help me with this?
