NHS cadets

I’ve applied to nhs cadets doing my first application as part of the process and currently waiting for them to respond if they will allow me to register. How long will the response take usually?

mine took over a month... about 5 weeks.

I found about nhs cadets at the end of y10, slightly late and now all the places are fully booked, how long would it take and would i be able to get a place before i start y11 as i really am interested in a career in medicine

Since you applied, if you got in, how is/was the experience like? Do/did you enjoy it and what sort of things did you do there? As its quite a commitment (36 weeks) I just want to know if it's worthwhile, was it affecting ur time/studies?
