I only applied Monday too and I also got the email this morning saying they’ll let me know soon about the online test. I’m so impatient I need to keep myself busy for the next few weeks!
Yes definitely, it’s great that you qualify after completing the first year but can study for an MA in the following two years, the practical exposure is great and guidance from a mentor is great.

I emailed them after completing my application and test and said we should hear back within 10 working days, though it seems last year there were often delays due to the volume of applications. I hope we’re not kept waiting for too long! 😊

I know, it’s really nerve wracking. Constantly checking for updates and refreshing my emails.

Hi everyone I completed my test on Saturday. Got an email yesterday to say they will be in touch, also now rechecking emails at every opportunity, I’m hoping for the Wirral. Fingers crossed for news quickly! 🤞🏻
Anyone remember the structure of the online test?

I am looking to complete it soon but just want some extra tips and tricks to use.

Anyone remember any specific questions?

There are some practice ones to get you into it and it’s a two part question for each. I went back through mine at the end to check them all and had answered one the wrong way round so my advice would be to check over them at the end before submitting

Hi, hopefully you hear soon! It will be two weeks on Wednesday for me, so hoping I hear back this week!

Thank youuuu!!! Is it difficult? Do you need to have social work knowledge directly, or Frontline programme knowledge?

We can't give much detail as to the nature of the questions, but I think it's important to remember that you consider your answers with their competencies in mind. There isn't always an obviously correct or wrong answer either. Good luck!

That’s gone fast. Isn’t there a 10 working day process date? Hopefully you hear asap. Have you also checked your junk mail? I completed mine last Monday after the online webinar

I made that mistake also, I hadn’t read one correctly and ended up changing it thinking more of a practical solution. Best of luck with your application

Yes they suggested a 10 day turn around for an outcome during the webinar, though the email I received when I enquired just said they're doing lots of things behind the scenes and that I would hear soon...so frustratingly ambiguous!

I keep checking their socials for updates. I wonder what they are doing behind the scenes, I guess their application volume is significant, especially with the early bird.

Yes same here, they aren't giving much away. Hopefully they will let us know in the time frame they gave, as I saw from last year's thread there were often delays, and some people hearing back long after others who applied later.

I wonder if they sieve through them and pick out the ones which fit certain criteria? But you would presume the early bird ones are assessed first. Probably takes a while to go through them all.

Yes possibly, and I think someone suggested last year that they may deal with applications by region, though there will be less waiting this year thankfully due to the removal of the video interview stage!

I think that was helpful removing the online interviews. I wondered about that because I’m sure that I had seen that you are able to choose a region after selection as this may change after application?
