So I failed the written test for this campaign and no feedback was provided.

I’ve since applied for the new IO jobs and was invited to complete the written test.
Funnily enough it was the exact same test. I copied and pasted my answer that I used previously…..and it passed!!

I changed nothing, kept it exactly the same.

There is absolutely no consistency in any of the process from this 3rd party recruitment agency.

This recruitment place does seem to be abit of a disaster still waiting on hearing back but I have no trust in the process!

Literally have no idea what they want from this written assessment.

Like others I’m a special Constable so I’m writing police reports. In my day job I’m an instructional designer creating process notes, training notes, e-learning and other docs.

I’m sure if there were issues with my writing style they would have been highlighted by now!!!

You just need to hope that whoever is marking your test is not having a bad day.

The fact they don’t provide any feedback or scores shows the lack of transparency.
