Received a weird rejection for the public policy role.. they said my OA was really good and that "Whilst we are not in a position to progress your application to the next stage at this moment in time, we may re-consider your application again should the opportunity arise." Has anyone else heard of this before?

you're on the draft list essentially. If they don't hit quota you'll be back in the draw

Thank you! I want to say I applied around the end of Sept/Star of October. Sent off the application, then the classic numerical/SJT/Personality test and then around the start of November I did a video interview

I applied for the exact same. I still haven't heard back. I was worried that my OA didn't submit due to their technical issues again but apparently no one's heard anything. To be fair it went live rather late so it will probably take a long while to hear back.
Has anybody heard anything for Sales, Trading, and Structuring?

If you’ve had a read you’ll gather very quickly you’ve got ages to go haha. It’s either VI or Technical ability assesment (coding etc)
Hi everyone, was hoping to get some insight from someone. I had an AC for a barclays graduate scheme in Glasgow last thursday. I personally thought it went really well but I have still not heard anything from the recruiters. I know it's been less than a week but reading from previous threads, successful candidates were informed quite quickly. Does anyone know of anyone who has heard back later and been successful? The stress of waiting is the worstt 😭

Same here. I mean, the wait itself is fine, but they mentioned during the AC that we would receive the outcome in about 3 working days, so I'm not sure what's going on, lol. Hopefully, we will get the reply soon.
