Physics - Speed of Radiations

I know that Gamma rays travel at the speed of light. Yet many books differ on the speed that alpha and Beta particles travel at. Could someone tell me the right value(s)?

Anyone?

alpha travels with speed about 10^7 m/s, beta travels with speed about 10^8 (slower than speed of light). I dont remember the exact values, just the range of them.

I think that Alpha particle is moving about 6.9*10^6 m/s when it has 1MeV kinetic energy. And because the mass of Beta particle is greater about 7000 times than mass of Alpha particle, hence speed of Beta is approximately 9/10 speed of light. or 2.7*10^8 m/s.
