Hi, I received a conditional offer for a STEM related MSc in Oxford in March (condition being a 2.1), for which I had applied with extenuating circumstances. Due to these circumstances I was sitting 3 exams deferred from my final year. A couple of weeks before these exams in August I had a bereavement and I informed the department about this. Since then I narrowly missed my 2.1 offer and updated the department. Do any of you know of anybody who has been admitted after missing their conditional offer? For context I do have a lot of relevant experience/publications but am also aware that I missed my offer. I haven’t had any response to my email sent to the department and no response after submitting my transcript last week. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
