HMRC AO Customer service advisor Ref: 310646

Hi,

I’ve been put onto the reserve list for this position in Liverpool and was told that everyone who was successful has been put onto a reserve list whilst they finish marking interviews.
Has anyone actually received an offer for this yet?

I applied in a different location a couple of years ago and I was put on a reserve list as well. They got back to me a couple of months later but it can take quicker depending on if they have vacancies available.

I found out today that I too made the reserve list. Just wondering if anyone had any updates. I applied for Liverpool.

I haven’t heard anything else yet, I assume they are still working through interviews, do you mind me asking what score you got at interview?

8 - have no idea what this means, how about you ? This was my first civil service interview and I didn’t answer the interview questions as well as I could have 😢 I was nervous x

I got 13 but I’m not sure what it was out of. We’ve both been successful anyway so fingers crossed we hear back soon.

I messaged the recruitment query email to ask whereabouts I was on the reserve list and they have come back to me saying that they couldn’t tell me at this point as they are still marking interviews and it would be the 18th of October before they would know.
