2024 Pharmacy applicants mega-thread

I was a student at uclan before applying to pharmacy at Manchester it's the worst 😫 choice you make the staff dont help and supports. The university is rubbish I term of the uni vibs I hated it

what happens on the applicant day? Ive got mine booked for the 14th but considering not to go since its quite far

Final offer in - decision time 🤗. No idea how I'll choose.

Very similar to the open day but just pharmacy and biomedical science applicants. Good to meet the lecturers and ask questions about the interview process. I did not get an interview invite until 7 days after I went, and then 2.5 weeks to actual interview. So interview next week. I found it worth while as it one of my top 2 choices and need to make a decision if I get offer.

Does anyone know what unis were in clearing last year

DMU, Lincoln, Hertfordshire, Huddersfield - and any others with really low entry requirements, and where their Year 1 students are always trying to transfer to other Universities.

I'm surprised 😯 I wonder what requirements they were accepting ppl as they want AAB and I didn't think it was a low level entry course

I haven’t heard back from them apart from an email today being like “due to the volume of applicants” etc etc, have you got an offer from birmingham?

i just got an offer today for uob

No I got rejected today because my interview went quite bad, but I’ve got an offer from uon, so I’m not too upset about it, but the interview was like 5 seconds so I’m not entirely sure what they’re basing it off
