I'm curious if, after completing a pharmacy technician apprenticeship in two years, I would be eligible to apply for a master's program in pharmacy at a university.
Not at most Unis. Its not an academic course and it wont improve your grades for Chemistry etc.
If you want to do Pharmacy then resit your A levels.
