Maybe I lost track of the game, but I'm not sure.
So, without knowing where these numbers came from, what they mean, or how they were calculated, it's tough to say much except that they seem pretty subjective, maybe even a little strange, especially that low score for Italian food.
EDIT: I hope someone's comment will brighten my day.💫

The peinciple of the game is simple: there are scores which have to bring down to zero and the cuisine which remain as last wins. You can add (+5) or subtract (-5) points from the score to keep a cuisine in the game or try to eliminate it. When a score achieved 0 points, the cuisine is out of the game.

You can also add or subtract a different number of points, but always five in total per day. (+3) and (-2) or (-4) and (+1) are also possible, as long as five as total number doesn't exceed.

Before I forget to rescue the Italian cuisine, I add five points and leave the game for today.

I just accelerate the game and help to bring this to an end. It is so obvious which cuisine wins.

Turkish: 10 (-5)

Another day, another step for Caribbean cuisine's victory. It might be over in three days, theoretically.
