I just received my invite for the next round! Don't write yourself off if you haven't heard yet. Applied on the day the scheme opened as well and only just got my confirmation email. There's still hope :smile:

I applied for Policy and Strategy. Got Inclusion and Critical analysis for my strengths and Resilience for my weakness. Applied on the 3rd Oct and just received my invite to stage two

I completed mine this morning, it was fairly easy. There were a few video questions but you get unlimited time to prepare if you don't click start record and then 2 minutes to give an answer. There are then some scenarios you have to rank. The scenarios are scheme specific though and I applied for Human Resources so that might effect the difficulty of the scenarios, but on the whole it seemed like they want you to be successful and show off your skills.
