NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme 2024 start

I completed mine this morning, it was fairly easy. There were a few video questions but you get unlimited time to prepare if you don't click start record and then 2 minutes to give an answer. There are then some scenarios you have to rank. The scenarios are scheme specific though and I applied for Human Resources so that might effect the difficulty of the scenarios, but on the whole it seemed like they want you to be successful and show off your skills.

I applied for health informatics, the WB scenario is alright. You have unlimited time to prepare before you press record

I didnt realise applications closed yesterday and am kicking myself, does anyone know if there's anyway at all I can apply still?

Completed mine too and got feedback on my performance. Only one strength was highlighted: Collaboration.

I've applied for the HR specialism.

I've just completed the Stage 2 - Work Based Scenarios just yesterday. It says the response will be by the 15th of December which feels soo far away. Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone!

I think they are only inviting those who have strengths in critical reasoning

My strengths were inclusion and resilience, weakness flex. Just got invited to stage 2 on the general management specialism - so c. reasoning not a requirement.

Critical Reasoning and Inclusion were my strength. My weakness is Flex
