Yep...no one will give an advantage to you if you're the competition haha. Whenever I'm in an application process I always hear what those in the previous year's intake say on TSR threads (even tho it might not be the exact same for the year I'm applying for). I dont ask my cohort, and tbf I wouldnt tell them if they asked me either lol

Yea I get that lol, how easy/difficult would you rate the JIA part of lloyds

Is Natwest and Lloyds the same test?

I did NatWest first & it was split into sections.. numerical, situational & a video interview which had about 7 questions about why you’ve applied, how you think you’d fit into the role, give me an example of a time etc type Qs

Wondering for NatWest, what’s the gap between the situation + numerical and the video interview? How many days? Or are all 3 done in one assessment?

I think it was 7 or 10 days to complete them after the initial application, three tiles all visible in the same place you can do them separately or all at once as long as they are all complete before the 7-10 days deadline

Yes! There were probably about 5 video Qs all related to a scenario or the scheme you’re applying to

Found the 2023 chat very helpful so feel free to post anything LBG related here

Just finished my final online assessment for the finance graduate scheme - anyone know the timeframe from when I will get my results to if I know I have moved onto the next stage? Thanks

Were they technical questions?

So you'd have different scenarios, a video would play or you'd have some data & they'd ask a question based on what you've just watched or read for example, what would recommend based on the data you've just looked at & then a Q about why you're interested in the scheme you're applying for
