Alternatively, don't specifically mark that you're about to conclude; instead choose a sentence that nonetheless leads to a natural conclusion.

Depends what it is you're concluding but if it's an essay then I often use:
- To conclude
- After consideration of X, Y and Z
- As a result of X, it can be concluded that...
- To summarise (although a summary's different from a conclusion so don't know if I'd go with that one)
- Overall, it can be concluded that...
