SFE Financial Hardship - Getting a payment brought forward

I started my course last month on the 25th Sept and I have received my first maintenance loan. I have a financial hardship which is affecting my studies, it has not been more than 30 days from the start of my course. My question is there a time frame in which I can apply for the financial hardship to request early payment for my 2nd and 3rd maintenance loan.

Yes, you need to allow 2-3 weeks for processing a Financial Hardship request, therefore you would need to apply in plenty of time for that payment to be brought forward. You need to start a live chat on your account or call us so that an adviser can send the Financial Hardship form to you. You need to complete the form to request an early payment and upload this to your account along with your 3 months most recent bank statements and any bills/arrears in your name.
