Can I buy the laptop before the DSA money arrives?
It's been over a month since starting my course and I'm falling behind because I can't do most of the work while at home without a laptop. I applied for DSA in April and am still waiting to hear back from the assessment I had in September. At this point I just want to buy one and hope the DSA will give me the money for it when it's all sorted. Would that work? I don't know how much they're going to contribute but I have to contribute £200.
