What is life like as a Job coach?

Enjoyable? Rewarding? Challenging? Prospects?

I am weighing up two job offers one being a job coach with the DWP. Anyone work or worked in this role and could give a bit of information on day-to-day life? Would you reccomend the role? Thanks

Good work life balance, good pay for the amount of workload. Once you know how to do the job its very straightforward. Each day is generally the same - you manage a caseload of around 150 people, have appointments with 15-20 people a day and see how you can support them, ensure they're doing whats expected of them. Good environment to work in too generally. Lots of opportunities to progress. Would recommend this job role if you want to help people
