Can anyone share the interview questions for October please? I failed first interview ( a lot of nerves, plus I didn’t know you can look over notes during the interview) I’ve done for this job and now have another one lined up and I’d like to be more prepared.
Thank you!

Does anybody know if they will allow you to work 3 days a week or even less?

I've been offered a role of work coach but so far have not had the opportunity to say that I only want to work a maximum of about 20 hours a week. The offer is only provisional at the moment as they are still doing the checks.

I believe they do. My work coach at universal credit that told me about the recent campaign told me you can choose part time or even half year apparently. I’m sure they will discuss that with you soon. Congratulations on your offer. Im still waiting to hear back after submitting my interview on the 26th October.

Ah, I see, I hadn't realised that is how it works. Thanks very much, it is helpful to know this, as I think about what might work for me!

They have to apply a limit on people building up flexi time as it is normally the part-time people who build them up. However, for full-time employees, it isn't so easy for them to do this. All employees should be treated fairly so a cap on flexible hours is applied for that reason.
