Airbus Graduate Programme 2024

Hi all. I have applied for Sustainability and Environment portfolio support in Toulouse. I have past a game test and then I have been invited to the famous arctic shores game test. Not sure why are they making us do two games to make the 1st triage… anyone else in the same situation?
Also, is there a WhatsApp group for aggp2024?

Hey, I had this same thing happen to me- I took the arctic shores game based assessment right after I submitted my application in September, but I just received another email on October 17 saying that I needed to take the assessment. Not sure what’s going on but I hope we will hear back soon regarding results

I just completed the artic shores assessments yesterday, so for you guys you had to do the tests twice, or was it another type of assessment you had to do? Plus how long do you think they take to respond back after the assessments?

In my case, after applying they sent me this set of games to test personality traits I guess - reaction, quick thinking etc, some of which were very stupid imo. Then I have been invited to arctic shores after about a week, which I completed two days ago. Now I’m waiting…

one was with some fireflies, measuring decision making, risk taking etc. (3 games), the other was a set of 10 games if I remember well measuring the same and more. I do not honestly know, it is very confusing...

Hi all! While we are all waiting for a response, I was wondering if anyone knows more information about the salary. The program I applied for, the salary was displayed as 40k-50k. I would say 10k is a considerable difference. Anyone knows under what criteria is the salary calculated? It would make sense if they would differenciate between BSc and MSc but I believe they do not event consider undergraduates..

I think the responses to the games assessments should come through soon because it was this time last year I received a response regarding the assessments. I applied right when the applications opened up at that time as well. So it should be roughly like a month after you apply that you receive a response usually. This year I applied for the aircraft operations position.
