(Doing an apprenticeship) Finding people the same age as me in London?

I moved to London last month to start an apprenticeship and I love it but I can't seem to find and make friends with people who are around my age. I live in a shared house with people who are in their late 20s- early 40s and everyone at work are no more than colleagues.
I've joined a sports club but again I'm the youngest there by like 6 years.

It's got to the point where I just want somebody to talk to lol.
