I have my grades, A* in politics A in history and B in English lit. I was still allowed to continue to A levels because it's not like I failed my GCSEs, just couldn't sit them
hey do you have any advice for politics a level?

I know I'm not the one that was asked, but I'm in a similar boat with one key difference. I'm a home student and he/she's international. Just to clarify, the rejection was specifically my LNAT score, but im a contextual student with A*AB, I didn't sit my GCSEs due to illness. After looking down the student room rabbit hole though, I've concluded that Kings are just ridiculously strict with the lnat score, seemingly anything less than 30 from a home student is a rejection, whilst they international students a little more leniency. Hopefully UCL and LSE are different, they're ranked higher for law anyway.
Same achieved alevel grades and lnat 26 with kings rejection too. meh

I am currently thinking about firming Nottingham once I have my response from York. I was rejected from Oxford and KCL for LNAT (they were my top choices) but I think Nottingham will work for me .
I got an offer from notts as well! Waiting to hear back from Warwick before making a decision 🙂

You doing AQA? Plan every question, there are only so many questions they can ask you. make sure you hit every AO. The three are your argument, your examples, and your synoptic links. And the rule of 3, make sure you have three examples of every topic possible for 9 markers.

Has anyone heard back from York yet (home non-contextual)? I applied back in October and have received decisions from all of my other choices - the wait for is making me go insane!
