I just heard back too, reserve list with a score of 20. 5 for effective decisions and 4 for leadership. I applied for Liverpool, wish I’d applied for DWP too hahaha but I never saw their job posting

No, I got a 3 in everything - you have to get a 4 or above in each. Well done, you may get offered a role - as I said I was offered a role yesterday from the reserve list from an interview I did in September. Fingers crossed.

Reserve list for me too! Happy enough with that...hopefully a role will become available in the next 12 months

Also on the reserve list
Scored 20
Making effective decisions 4
Leadership 5
I currently work for DWP was on the reserve list for that job so feel hopeful. This is the furthest I have got with any recent applications.

22 on the reserve list too - I think they might put everyone on the reserve list for now

Anyone know what score means you got the position?

The criteria for admission depend on the region, the number of applicants, and their respective scores. In some instances, scores may be adjusted for reserve list or direct offers.

It will differ area to area. If you are on the reserve list you passed - someone may have got a higher score and given a position or they may have placed everyone on the reserve list for now and will offer positions at a later stage.

Just had my results through - unsuccessful.
But successful for an EO role with the DWP (starting on Mon). It’s all very subjective! 🤷*♀️

Good luck with your new job.
