Azets application rejected 2024

Hi, My Azets application which I applied for a week ago got rejected even though the requirements are above a 2:2 which I got and having the right to work in the UK which I have as I'm a British citizen.
I also applied for Blick Rothernberg which was basically under the same company as Azets two weeks ago and received no response so assume rejected as well.

How is this the case, as everyone gets selected I reached the requirements .
How can they reject me?

Can someone help or explain why

They don't allow 2applications in one season, so might be that

I did VI on 28/10 but yet to hear back, when did you do it?

I did it on the 16/10 - I got a call today asking if I’d like to join the January intake (I said no as I’m still studying) but she said she has put me forward for the AC at the end of November

Oh really fair enough is the AC virtual or in person?

They just offered me an AC either virtually on Wednesday or in person on the 5th... I chose in person and now I massively regret my decision - it'll be my first in person interview :/ any advice!?

Hi, I completed the AC on the 22nd November. Has anyone heard back yet?

Hey I think it would be motivational and situational based as that was outlined on the email. They would have stated you need technical info if they were planning on asking these questions

I did think that - I just really hope they dont try to trip us up as I will be particularly bad with technical questions! When is your AC? 🙂
