As a student you should be able to get the HC2 too-poor-to-pay certificate (and it takes about a month to come through), as long as you're not getting money from your parents or bursaries in any substantial amounts. (It is sort of cheating to tick the 16,17 or 18 and in full time education if you're at uni)

Noooooooooo! I want mine now, not in a month!

Although I've already been waiting about that long, so it should be here soon

It started as a bad excuse for a joke and got progressively obscure, it's nothing to do with your arm - don't worry about it.

nah i can do that cos i'm a lightweight

it's the shopping that's killing me... this week i bought 7 DVDs (that has actually doubled my collection, damn special offers), a CD, a pair of shoes, 2 jumpers, food, bus tickets to go to ediburgh for 3 people.... (and a teeny weeny bit of drink)

oh and for lent i'm giving up impuilse buying (my bf suggested clothes buying, but i couldn't do that... thsi way i ahve to spend 2 days thinking about whether i actually want the thing before i'm allowed to get it

If you've had it for a long time and it hasn't bothered you, then it's probably nothing. But next time you go to Boots or any other pharmacist, take your arm with you and show it to the pharmacist. They will know if you should visit your doctor, ignore it, or buy something over the counter for it.

on my right arm i have two white spots and its like theres no pigment in the skin in these spots (not actuall spots just a round bit of my arm with no pigment in)

is this normal? cos its ben like this for a few years i think and i was just wondering if its ok
its ok nothing to worry about if its been there years i have a brown spot though on my left arm, if it starts looking different go to the doctors

I have exactly the same, for me it was were I had my BCG injection; often that leaves whitish areas of skin (a scar).
