pharmacy with a foundation year

Hi, I’m applying to uni and i wanna do pharmacy but I don’t do a level chemistry so I will have to do a foundation year so did anyone do it and managed to get into the course, how hard is it and how are the topics like is it doable? And what unis can I apply to, I was thinking Sunderland, and am I gonna struggle with the content ? Because I don’t didn’t do chemistry a level ? I did pharmacy work experience and I loved it but the only thing that’s putting me off is the foundation year and that I need 70% to be able to get into pharmacy, I got 4-4 in science gcse but I didn’t put much effort and the school I went to was very bad at teaching so I know I could have done better
