Hi!

I’m desperately looking for accommodation in London to move into in December or January. Ideally, I only want an en-suite or studio and I would like the contract to end between June and August.

I go to Kings College London so i would prefer something more centrally located.

If anyone is looking for someone to take over their contract let me know!!

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room at orchard lisle house from January onwards, the room is lovely, it’s a 4 person flat with two bathrooms. If you’re interested let me know.

Hey, I’m looking for someone to take over my flat at orchard lisle house, I have a really nice room with 4 lovely flatmates and shared two bathrooms, it’s on the 4th floor with a good view. And the contract is 40 weeks so it runs until late June early July. If you’re interested let me know

Hi! I have an en-suite room available from December/January (Single Private Room with a Private Bathroom) at Felda House, Wembley available for just £204 per week.
The accommodation is managed and run by CRM Students and is only university students so it is extremely student friendly; it is a private student accommodation. There is nothing wrong with the room and the flatmates are very nice, it is available as I am now deferring a year.
Wembley Park is on the Jubilee and Metropolitan line and takes about 25 minutes to travel into Central London.
The room is available from December/January onwards at just £204pw (including bills and everything) and is available until September 2024.

Hi, I have a single person studio tenancy takeover for students until mid July, but the only catch is rent must be paid in full rather than installments (eg. a guarantor may need to pay on your behalf). It's in Ladywell/Lewisham. If this is something which you can do and you're interested, let me know. I know this may not match your requirements, so no worries if not.
