They have just emailed me to say that they have my application but I hadn't submitted videos for 5 & 6 and to redo them. I emailed back saying that I had completed and submitted them and when I log into the portal it says "application submitted and under review". I now have to redo the videos 🤦🏻*♀️

I submitted mine on 26th, had the email last night asking me to resubmit the videos. I completed that (definitely not as confidently as last time) this morning and she has just emailed me back to say that she now has them! Good luck with your application too

Hi have you managed to navigate your way through it to complete the video application? To the right of the welcome video tab, there should be another tab when clicked will take you to the video submission page. Hope you have sorted it x
