The interview will involve three short questions followed by a business case. You'll be asked to solve real-world problems using Unilever scenarios. prepare for some motivational and behavioural and competency based interview questions, like why unilever? In which of the sustainability actions are u more interested, and how can you help the company to achieve them? How do your abilities fit the program and the position?

do you remember what any of the cases were about? also thank u so much

I didn't do marketing but you can try find some questions on Glassdoor from previous candidates. https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Interview/Unilever-UFLP-Marketing-Interview-Questions-EI_IE3513.0,8_KO9,23.htm
I found it useful for preparing for my interview. :smile:good luck.

Yea i did have some notes, since they said we only got about 2 minutes prep time for the questions I tried to prepare for any I felt would come up in advance before starting the interview. e.g why unilever. I also just wrote key things or facts I wanted to remember or key experiences I had that I could bring up. And finally I highlighted key things they were looking for in the job spec and tried to show it in my answers too

Hi guys, has anyone that applied for the finance track been asked to provide I'd as proof of right to work in the UK? Is this a good sign or is it just a formality to all candidates?

I didn't apply for Finance but I have also been asked to provide proof of right to work in the UK. I'm hoping this is a good sign lol.
