Hey, I just received an email about DI for this scheme but it doesn't seem to include any information on the structure. Are you happy to pm me so I can ask some questions?

Hey, just wondering whether you have any advice on the digital interview for this role? The email doesn't have any information on what the DI actually consists of, how long you have to prepare, etc.
Are the questions more motivation or competency based? Or neither?
Also, is there anything you can do to prepare, or is it something you can't really prepare for?

So they give you a list of dates to choose when you do your assessment day and it's on a first come, first serve basis. The list I was given included dates running from Jan 23rd to Feb 8th.

"We are currently reviewing your results and will be in touch shortly to provide you with details of the Discovery Centre. The Discovery Centre has been set up to give you an insight into a real day's work at Unilever and you should treat the day as though you are already working for us. You will be asked to complete a series of project and team meetings centring around our products, driving the growth of our business and solving real-life problems.
Remember to review your feedback that you have received so far, this will help you prepare for the Discovery Centre."
