The QS ranking use different criteria to the Guardian and Complete rankings.

Why is Bath ranked like 100+ in QS ranking and Nottingham is ranked 8th when its employability and teaching satisfaction is higher than Notts according to Guardian and Complete Uni guide?
I assume you're looking at the 2023 subject rankings, published 22 March 2023, here. If so, then it's worth noting they they use these five criteria:
• Academic Reputation*
• Employer Reputation*
• Citations per Paper
• H-index Citations
• International Research Network
* (gathered by survey responses)
So they pay no attention whatsoever to "employability" or "teaching satisfaction". See here for more information about their methodology.
