Is anyone still waiting for an assessment centre date ? I was told that I passed my VI 3 weeks ago and that I had been placed into a talent pool for AC consideration. Has anyone else recieved an AC date during this time ?

I got placed in the talent pool for AC consideration in mid Jan and still waiting for an assessment centre date. I'm not sure when or IF it will come...

I only received my invitation to complete my virtual interview this morning, so im assuming they're still rounding up candidates for the assessment centres as applications are still open. I hope this helps.

a little bit different, i have an offer for the degree apprenticeship, i got the same email saying that I have been placed into a talent pool for AC, its basically Digital Interview -> Consideration for AC -> AC. You haven't been confirmed, they will just take the best people who did the Digital Interview, for me it was 4 girls 4 guys but may be different for grad scheme. Best of luck

I completed my digital interview and they have sent me an email saying I am now placed in a talent pool. Does this mean I may not 100% get an assessment centre invite? This is for Business Technology btw.

Hi, i applied last year for business technology and passed the VI but didn't get an AC months later. I applied again this year but for a different pathway and i just had my AC today! I wasn't expecting to get one this year as i remembered that last year passing the VI didn't guarantee an AC but maybe i just applied for the wrong role last time round?
