by muzz666Well i think they mostly selecting based on our competency and a little bit of technical knowledge on the subject. They wont expect you to have a solid foundation on it. Its all good bro. Last year they selected two mechanical engineers as FE graduates 🙂
Question, do they have a set number of graduates they take in per scheme or do they just take in anyone who fits well with the scheme?

They definitely have a set number. In my q&a with grads, they said they had a limit of like 10-15 people they could take on

Aah, mostly in previous years, they took 2 people. I think it will be 2-3 people who fits the best to the role maybe. Anyways one week might be enough to get a decision, since there was only one AC. Lets hope for the best.

Not yet. Should be at least 2 weeks from the assessment centre date. But to be fair, they said 4 weeks for the online assessments and that took months so who knows?

Just thought I would post this here as I thought this would be helpful to someone. I applied for the Strategic Planning scheme, got invited to the webinar after I did my video interview. Anyways, I got an rejection email last week stating I had in fact passed all of the rounds but due to high volume of applications this year, I was rejected.

by Annon376Hi everyone…I applied for TfL in end of October I think, then did my second stage. I was then told that I had passed but there wasn’t any spaces and so I was put on the reserve list. Around 6 days before the interview, I was told that I got a space on the AC and so I interviewed and just got offered the role!!!! So I say this to say good luck and keep the faith♥️♥️♥️
Wow congratulations!!! Did they call or email you the offer? Also, how long after the AC did they get back you?
