SFE complaint

Is there a way to make a formal complaint about the way my sfe application has been handled?

It has been a long process and has been delayed numerous times, but the worst of it was recently- they finally processed my application and was given then minimum amount when I was meant to get the maximum.

I rang them up as they said I didn’t upload financial evidence when I sent them the form months ago. The woman then proceeds to look through my account and goes ‘oh I found it’. Whoever was assessing my application ‘must have missed it’ and it would be a further 4-6 weeks to wait to be assessed again.

I havent paid for my uni accom I have been living in the last few months or my tuition fees and I’m constantly short of money. I’m really upset at sfe :frown:
