what kind of jobs are you applying for? typically the only kind of jobs that hire your age are waitstaff or kitchen assistants. do your friends work? you could maybe ask them to recommend you.
id recommend going on facebook and looking at local restaurants and businesses and asking them if they're hiring. i'd also look over your CV and make sure its polished. if you don't have any work experience you could try doing some volunteer work at a charity shop or something to start with.
