Admission prospect Oxford/Cambridge

Hi!
This is my first time posting here and I was wondering if you could help me with a little curiosity regarding my chances of getting in Oxford of Cambridge in order to pursue a master in the area of Social Sciences.
I just graduated Digital Media as a Valedictorian and with a prize for my final thesis, but from an Eastern European university who isn't even top 1500. My C.V. doesn't lack conferences, scholarships, prizes, working experience amd volunteering, but is it enough? I read profile of admitted far better than mine...
