Hi Thanks for the response. In a way can I take it as good news, because if I have reached the shortlisting stage it would mean that I have passed there EY One Assessment no?
But I get your point that this does not really mean anything until I get the confirmation from themselves. So in your experience you basically had to wait like 3 to 4 months.
The programme that Iv applied starts in July I believe, so I presume they will be a bit quicker with me do you think?

You definitely passed the assessment but it means nothing if you don’t progress, if you get what I mean. That’s why it’s neither good nor bad.

If that’s the case then it should be a quicker decision for you…but you never know with these guys, could be until June before you get a response.

I just got my portal updated yesterday and it basically said the following:

Congratulations on completing our online stages. We hope you have been challenged, inspired and have learned something about both yourself and EY.
In terms of next steps, we are conducting a final review of your application and performance across all assessments and you will receive the outcome soon. Please keep an eye on your candidate portal and emails for updates.

They have also asked me to send a proof of right to work document, as part of the final screening.

May I ask did you get the exact same message before you got invited to the AC?

And how long after doing this did you get invited to the AC as well as could you also explain what all of this could mean and like illude to?

Yes, I got that same message exactly one month before I received the Experience Day invite.

I couldn’t tell you what it means other than what it says. It could be positive but there’s no way to be sure until you get the Experience Day invite. You’re still being shortlisted so that hasn’t changed. Just have hope that you’ll make it through. Nothing is ever guaranteed till it’s in black and white.

Hi, yeah I did well!! They proceeded further with my application

Hi, congratulations! I'm going to the EYX in May, the Data Analytics role in SaT as well. May I get some advice about the partner interview? Will there be any technical questions?

Hi. I did my final partner interview on March 14, 2024 but I’m yet to get a feedback. Got a mail 2 weeks after stating they are reviewing their policy in line with the new immigration rules because I need visa sponsorship. It’s been a very long wait. Is any other person in a similar situation?

I lost my opportunity because of the new immigration rules. If I were you I’d pray my salary is at least £38,700. It’s tough out here.

Oo wow😖😖 Did you explore the ‘new entrant’ route that provides for situations where you could be paid less? I really doubt EY pays their graduate up to 38,700

I’ve researched quite a bit on it and It depends on a lot of factors, but long story short them EY graduate roles don’t make the cut unfortunately.

It was just recently that KPMG shut off all international applicants from applying to their graduate roles. I also made applications to PwC and Deloitte and my applications were ‘put in hold’ (aka rejected) cos of the new immigrations rules.

International students in the mud I tell you. It’s peak.

Hi, I applied for the Assurance Graduate role in September and I initially was not considered but had my offer reinstanted at the start of May, and I will now have my EYX on June 28 2024. I applied for the Birmingham office but the EYX is in London, has anyone else had this, and does anyone have any tips/advice for how to best preapre?

are you still being considered for birmingham or did they change the location? also, are you an international student requiring sponsorship?

I am still being considered for the Birmingham role, but they are just carrying out the EYX at the London office, and I'm just assuming that there will then be other candidates from different offices. I think it must be quite late on and this is why I probably have to do it at the London office.

Hello, I have now got my EY Experience Day invitation. I am extremely happy that I got it through to the AC.

Please will it be possible if you could give me some top tips to properly prepare for the AC, I hear the theme of the AC is Sustainability?

Also, I have not yet booked an EY Experience Day, as I unable to do so on my Account Area, and I have flagged it to the student recruitment team and they have said that 'if you are unable to book on an AC, then that means there aren't any current available dates'. Did the same happen to you, and did you eventually get to book on an Experience Day?

I look forward to your response. Thanks a mill!!
