Uni of nottingham vs uni of leicester for computer science

which ones better? I know in comp sci degree isn't as important as exp, but still want to go to the best uni for the subject as I can.
(Want to get into software engineering specifically, prolly like most ppl)

Hi @hi [s]smile[/s]

One university is not objectively better than the other, it all depends on what you want as a student. In terms of rankings, Nottingham (20th) is higher than Leicester (38th). However, at the end of the degree, you will receive the same level of qualification.

Have a look on University of Nottingham's and University of Leicester's website and see what intrigues you the most. You will also be living in/close to the city so either research or visit an open day to see what it would be like to study and live there.

When applying to university you can choose 5 to start with, so you can apply to both and see how it goes from there!

Best of luck,
