Calculating the melting point of paraffin was and stearic acid

Hi,

I need some help calculating the boilibg point of paraffin wax and stearic acid with the help of a cooling curve. The only information I have is the rate of cooling and the melting point of both substances. Is this possible or is there any other way I can get the boiling point of the wax and acid with the curve.
