Tenancy Takeover in Newcastle
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Trinity Square Student Accommodation, Gateshead. Single room in a 5 bedroom flat with 4 other female flatmates. Needs to be a student at Northumbria University. £142 per week, all bills included. En-suite room, with a shared kitchen and living area. 20 minutes from City Campus or 3 stops on the metro. Available till 11/07/2024.
