I need to put some more weight on.

I'm planning on starting weightlifting properly so i could do with some more weight first of all.

Not that i'm skinny anyway though.

I need to put weight on in the right places, all my weight goes to my breasts, bum and hips. I need weight on my arms, I have well skinny arms, I eat and eat and eat so much, but I never put on weight, god I wish I could, Ive been 8 stone for 5 years.

you say weight, I think you mean fat. fat goes different places depending on genes and mainly sex. you can't spot reduce fat, so to lose fat you must lose it all over.

to get eight in your arms, you can put muscle there by eating lots of protein and doing workouts twice a week.

if you really want to put on weight, eat what you normally eat, then eat small meals in between. so you have breakfast, bruinch which might be a sandwich and drink, then lunch, then something in the afternoon like a small meal (sandwich again would do I guess, but make it BIG), and then dinner, then before you sleep have something else. don't eat LOADS at once cos your body can't assylulate so much in one go. thats why bodybuilders ewat 6-7 meals a day, cos they want their body to be growing 24/7.

Good advice there. I eat 6 smaller meals a day, and find that's just about perfect.

I need to start eating the correct amount of protein etc. though

1.5g per day per lb of bodyweight I think its meant to be for bulking? dunno for sure
