You get 30 seconds to prepare for behaviour question and have 5 minutes to reply, for strength questions it’s 5 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes for responses
There’s 6 question in total, first one is not scored and will be about what do you like to do in free time, what are your hobbies etc.
Second is behaviour question which will be constructed “tell me about the time when…”
The rest are strengths questions.

anyone completed the interview and remember any questions? first interview and got the nerves would appreciate any help.

Hi, I just did my interview, the questions were not hard. There is one behaviour question on 'delivering at pace' which you have 5 minutes to answer and then theres 3 strength question which you have 2 minutes each. Strength questions were about quality of work, staying organised and adaptability. Hope this helps and your interview goes well

Did anyone have any problems answering the questions? I received a call while I was doing the interview on my phone and couldn’t answer the last question …

I completely messed up. I was expecting a question 5 and 6 as that’s what it said on the screen at the beginning of my interview. Q5 was show us your ID which I didn’t have ready as I was expecting to answer a question. I had to leave the screen and go looking for my passport all whilst the timer was counting down. Then I couldn’t remember what else I needed to show. Completely waffled my way through the questions even forgetting what the actual questions were they were asking me. I’ll be lucky to make the reserve list!

Hi my partner's just missed out and he's on the reserve list with a score of 14. Just wondering if anyone got on the list and what their score was?

On the reserve list as well with a score of 12 lol. I guess this is exactly what they wanted to do. It doesn't sound like an exciting job and they know people will probably leave after some time so they need to have a backup plan.

I'm an EO and to be fair every department and role is different. You could end up being in some really interesting roles, it's all just based on what department needs staff at the time
