I think they reject everyone who passes the majority of test cases because the tech connect programme is meant for those without much coding experience… if you pass most test cases it shows your competency and they’ll just recommend u to the actual software engineering position… I could be wrong though

No, just checking! Some people found out on Thursday last week (14/12).

The ones I know of that got a response on Thursday were rejected. The ones you know of, was it for Super Day or rejection?

I think they are reviewing the applications based on geographical regions, i might be wrong tho. I think they have reviewed applicants based in Europe and Asia and rejected the ones that don’t fit but Middle East and Africa based applicants not yet. Since the programme is EMEA specific

What happens if you don’t get the rejection letter?

We have no idea yet. At best we're speculating it's a sign that it means we're moving forward to Super Day. At worst, our applications haven't been reviewed yet.

I passed all the test cases, that's why I was invited for HireVue Interview.
