Damn the double algorithm questions screwed me over. They really confuse me.

Just got my application rejected today, lmao.

Same 🙃

I guess I'm off to uni after summer then, which isn't the worst thing in the world by any means, but I would much rather have gotten an apprenticeship

Can always apply next year if you are not enjoying uni, if you do apply next year try BAE systems degree apprentice, that's the one I go into.

Yeah I was thinking of reapplying next year potentially, but the only problem is the 9k debt for my 1st year in uni. I'll just see how it all goes next year.

Also I did apply for the aerospace apprenticeship at BAE, but I got rejected at the interviews. One of my mates also got into BAE for a project management degree apprenticeship.
I’m not receiving mail and the website still says my application is under review. Did you guys get the email saying you passed “basic qualifications” as well?

Yeah I got that, followed by an email afterwards saying I should expect to wait 4-6 weeks, followed by an email after that period saying they'd email as soon as they had an update. It might be a good thing that you haven't heard back yet because it seems like they sent out the majority of their rejection emails today. Good luck!

We’ll see. I’m really not that confident as of now since it’s GCSE season. Thanks for your support and best of luck to you too.
I’ve just finished GCSEs. Has anyone else still not heard anything back? I applied for School Leavers if that helps.

Hey I was wondering what type of equations the assessment centre asked and what the application process was like as a whole ?

I also did apply for that program. I applied within 2 weeks of the applications opening. I passed the stages and was waiting to be invited to the assessment centre. However, I just never received a response and after every 4 weeks I emailed for updates. After 4 months I received an email from them saying the position I applied for has been filled but they recognise me as a worthy candidate. They provided me a link for where I sign up and they will notify me of an new opportunities and updates. Unfortunately this has happened to me twice. Reading the other replies it seems like it’s a common thing, but they were lucky enough to get invited.
