I’m moving out my room in Lansdowne Point accommodation, this is right next to a Tesco, Starbucks, Train station and a big Asda. The rent is £188 per week that even includes a bus pass which is so handy for travelling to campus and everywhere else in bournemouth! It is a classic Ensuite bedroom with its own shower and big desk with a window that has a pretty view. The flat is on the 6th floor and has a shared kitchen with a big window that brings loads of light and another nice view. If someone is interested, they could move in straight away provided they sign up to the Kaplan tenancy agreement. The next payment is due on the 9th of January so would be rent free till then, so if you are interested then please message me :smile:
