En-suite or Studio in London Needed

Immediate move-in and move out by june or max july. Can you also tell me the details of the room including rent?

Hi! The room is available to move in already! And the room is a classic en-suite at stratford one with a price of £280 per week with all bills included! The contract lasts until september, however the last rent instalment is due for april, so I believe that once that is paid off you are free to move out whenever!

How much is the last installment that I would need to pay?

It would be approximately £2240 if you were to move in immediately on the day, just for the rest of the weeks until April and then from april it would be roughly another £2800 for the rest of the tenancy and that is finished!

The lease lasts until September, but the payment cutoff is in the first weeks of July. This means Late July, August and September are free for you to stay in should you wish to - but you do not have to. You would only be paying from the moment you move in until early July.
