Got the offer letter, but it doesn't show up on my application portal, what do I do ?
Hello, I got an offer from SOTON for MSc in Electronics via the automated mail. however it does not show up on my application portal, it has been more than 15 since i've got my offer. My agent has accepted the offer on my behalf and i have to pay the deposit fees ASAP. I have sent emails to the admissions office and have also tried calling them multiple times, I still haven't gotten a response. Please tell me what to do

How lond did your application take? I'm applying for an MSc in Microelectronics Systems Design and my status is still "submitted" for like a week.
