Late Portfolio submission to UAL

I was unable to hand in my portfolio on time to due the internet being cut off on my end and now I am unable to log in to Pebble Pad to give in my portfolio.

I have just emailed them informing them of the circumstances of why I wasn't able to hand it in on time and asked if I am able to get another chance at submitting it.

I have yet to get a response. would it be possible that I could get another chance at submission? would I have to send an entirely new application? would I have to just accept that I'm not getting into UAL? I really want to get into this uni and I would be really upset if I am unable to get into UAL due to technical problems with submitting.

Did something similar Happen to you?

I’m really praying on God they consider or else I’ll Literally kms 😭😭

For me, when I tried to go to pebblepad it kept showing “unknown error” even though it was fine a few hours ago because of which I couldn’t submit on time for 3 of my 5 choices
I really hope they consider I’m gonna cry 😭😭

Hey so i emailed pebblepad support and admissions
Really hope they consider because for me, pebblepad just kept crashing and showing “unknown error” till 11:56 pm because of which i was unable to submit my portfolio on time for 3 of 5 courses 😭

Hey, I also emailed [email protected] support.
I was majorly stressing the night of the submission and left it very late by only having an hour to upload, then pebbled wanted to show "unknown error" from 11:00pm every time I tried to reload the portfolio application.
They got back to me the day after saying, We have received your portfolio and your application is undergoing academic review. You should receive an outcome by 14 May 2025.
What reply did you get?

Yeah i got the exact same reply!
I responded back to them, stating that since i was completely helpless in this situation, there was no way for me to take advantage of the extra time in a sense that would be unfair to the students who were able to upload on time

Let’s see what the update me with!

I hope we get a reconsideration!
