Dissertation resubmission
Hi,
I recently received my master's final result and I have to resubmit for my dissertation.
My visa expires on jan27 2024 and the university has given the dissertation resubmission date of jan17 2024 which is just a few days prior to my visa expiration date and my result will be released post that.
I Don’t know if you can support me with advice on how to go about it because my school said they can’t offer me visa extension.
Is their anyone with similar issue and what have you done please 🙏🏻

Hi,
Sorry to know you have this situation. Sadly, the university wouldn't care about the visa duration, as you can complete your program before expiration. In this case, your only option is to do it successfully, pass the course, return home, and apply for jobs.
Also, there are still options to extend visa for some period for that its better you consult a reliable solicitor.
