It is unlikely, I'm pretty sure admissions teams only work Monday to Friday

Yes, the admissions team will work Mon-Friday normally. However sometimes if a decision is issued by the uni on the Friday, it may not filter through UCAS's system to you until the Saturday.
But especially at this time of year I think there's pretty much no chance uni admissions staff are actually working on this weekend to be looking at it right now.
